Role

I defined the structure, standards, and priorities for the enablement system. I personally designed the core templates and led the effort to ensure each asset reflected our new brand while being flexible enough for everyday use.
The project

After launching the brand refresh, I built a system of repeatable, on-brand assets to support internal teams across the company. With just three designers supporting 200+ employees, we needed a scalable way to ensure quality and consistency without slowing down delivery. I created a dedicated Notion hub to host templates and brand tools that could be easily accessed and reused by marketing, sales, partnerships, and beyond.
The toolkit
The toolkit included presentation templates, pitch decks, event materials, social media templates, and print-ready flyers, all designed to be modular and easy to customize without needing design support.
The Result
The enablement system transformed how design scaled inside the company. Within the first three months, one-off design requests dropped by over 40%, freeing up an estimated 20+ hours per week for the design team to focus on high-impact work.

The Notion hub was adopted by 85% of customer-facing teams within the first month, and templates were used to produce over 120 internal and external assets without additional design support. The system became a key tool for keeping teams fast, on-brand, and self-sufficient—reducing repetitive work and increasing output across marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations.
