Role
I set the foundation for the entire Talon. One Design Toolkit system. I designed the core templates and built a scalable system of repeatable, on-brand assets to support teams across the business.
The project
With a small design team of just two supporting more than 200 employees, we needed a smarter way to keep quality high without slowing anyone down. I created a dedicated Notion hub: an easy, self-serve home for templates and brand tools that marketing, sales, partnerships, and other teams could grab and use whenever they needed.
The toolkit
The toolkit included presentation templates, pitch decks, event materials, social media templates, and print-ready flyers, all designed to be modular and easy to customize without needing design support.
The Result
The toolkit completely changed how design scaled inside the company. Within the first three months, one-off design requests dropped by more than 40%, freeing up an estimated 20+ hours per week for the design team to focus on high-impact work.
The Notion hub was adopted by 85% of customer-facing teams within the first month, and templates were used to produce over 120 internal and external assets without additional design support. The system quickly became a go-to resource for staying fast, on-brand, and self-sufficient, while significantly reducing repetitive work across marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations.
