Right now, I lead Design and Brand at Talon.One, where we help companies create personalised customer experiences. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve built brands, made them digital, and launched campaigns across Australia and Europe. From scrappy startups to global heavyweights. Agencies, in-house, scaleups—I’ve done the tour.
My day-to-day sits somewhere between strategic storytelling and deep design work, with a dash of "wait, what if we did it differently?" I love creating systems that flex, identities that evolve, and moments that surprise (even in the driest B2B decks). I obsess over craft, say no to soulless design, and firmly believe performance ads deserve personality too.

Some things I’ve done:
– Helped a scattered brand finally speak with one voice
– Made space for emotion in journeys usually built for clicks
– Mentored without hovering
– Chose goodness over greatness to protect team mental health
– Turned my living room into a miniature set workshop (yes, with hand-built props)
– Asked the “dumb” questions, then designed the solution
– Started two startups (neither made it, both taught me everything)
– Began hundreds of DIY projects. Finished... maybe two

I’m self-taught in a few things, fluent in two and a half languages, and very good at hand gestures. It’s genetic. I like walking barefoot, trust my gut, and strongly believe your brand should make people smile.
