INCENTIVIZE is Talon.One’s flagship annual conference in Berlin, bringing together over 450 customers and partners. For the 2025 edition, we decided to raise the stakes: we used the event as the official launchpad for Talon.One’s full brand refresh. I led the visual concept and oversaw the rollout across every single touchpoint.

The challenge
The pressure was definitely on. We weren't just organizing a large-scale conference; we were introducing a completely new visual language to our most important users and partners all at once. Everything, from the massive stage screens to the smallest piece of swag, had to land seamlessly.
Talon.One Stop’N Swag
One of the highlights was the Talon.One Stop’N Swag. A bright, playful, custom-built shop right at the center of the venue. Attendees earned stickers by participating in the event: trying the product, joining workshops, visiting partner activations, and more. Collect enough stickers, and you could unlock exclusive merch, limited-edition gifts, and a few delightful surprises along the way. It became a true crowd favorite and added a fun, interactive layer to the whole experience.







The impact
Despite the high stakes, the launch was a total success. The refreshed identity set a new creative standard for the company and proved that the new brand system was ready for the big leagues. Beyond the aesthetics, the event was a massive business win: it directly influenced $13.1M in revenue and opened up 14 new client opportunities with major brands like Zalando and Beauty Pie.
