Chicken & Chips (C&C) is a casting agency that has become a major player in the industry, but their visual identity hadn't kept pace with their growing reputation.

The challenge
When C&C moved into a beautiful new Art Deco-inspired office, it became clear that their old logo and "DIY" website felt outdated and clunky. The digital experience was particularly difficult: there was no homepage, almost no imagery, and no clear way for a user to actually get in touch or take action. The brief was to give them a premium "glow-up" that felt timeless and professional, with one specific constraint, the site had to stay on Squarespace so the team could easily manage it themselves.

The process
We used the architecture of their new office as our creative north star, leaning into an Art Deco aesthetic defined by elegant geometry and subtle curves. I replaced their playful old wordmark with a more refined logo suite and a classic monogram, supported by graphic patterns that felt premium but still full of personality.
For the website, I focused heavily on fixing the broken user experience. I established a clear site map and information architecture, creating a strong homepage that finally gave users a proper entry point. I swapped lengthy blocks of text for photo-led layouts that let their casting work speak for itself and integrated clear call-to-action buttons throughout. Finally, we extended this new look to their social media to ensure their brand felt cohesive across every touchpoint.
The impact
C&C already had the industry credibility; they just needed a brand that reflected it. By leveling up their visual consistency and design clarity, we transformed their digital presence into a tool that actually works for them. The project was a fast-paced exercise in balancing high-end style with practical functionality, delivering a polished result that the client can now confidently own and manage.
